在命令行启动服务器的时候获取命令行的参数，并解析这些参数，把结果保存到变量里面，对服务器进行初步的设置。
通过os模块对项目路径进行解析核对，并把结果保存到变量里面。
获取命令行的输入后对这些参数进行解析。
