- Added windows support on `postinstall` scripts while retaining functionality - Uses `shx` to achieve cross-platform shell commands - Chmod changed to work cross-platform or NOOP - **I'll let you make the version bump**
- Downloaded the latest binary from https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/releases/tag/llvmorg-18.1.8 - Note to author, you CANNOT do a mingw32 build without then linking the cygwin dlls, like: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/633316/how-to-statically-link-missing-libgcc-s-seh-1-dll-and-libstdc-6-dll-dlls-for-9/633321#633321
