This MR updates all dependencies + it brings in latest Pyodide but it automatically avoids the cache if the version of Pyodide is
0.28.0
because of this bug pyodide/pyodide#5736 so that in here we prefer to be aligned with latest Pyodide but we'd also like to avoid issues with our own cache./cc @ntoll for thoughts ... perf are not best but at least the underlying stack is updated ... yay or nah?
never mind, reverted Pyodide latest because it has other issues I couldn't tackle probably related to the caching so it's back to 0.27.7 which is safe and it passes all tests.
