@hugovk please merge this.
This PR fixes a minor omission implementing BRANCH_LEFT and BRANCH_RIGHT events for sys.monitoring.
No need for news as this is a 3.14 feature and no one has (AFAICT) tried to set line numbers in callbacks for these events.
