Fix tests for SuiteSparse:GraphBLAS JIT on osx and with linux wheels

In #546, we sometimes skip tests in `test_ssjit.py`. See details here:
https://github.com/python-graphblas/python-graphblas/blob/9bf2ae233c202e8f13a74ae80858b8631ad3b308/graphblas/tests/test_ssjit.py#L58-L65

Use this issue as a tracker and a reminder to try to fix this technical debt.

Please post what you learn as you experiment with this.
