This PR exposes all standard I/O pipes both as named references (stdin, stdout and stderr) as well as an array with all pipes and their matching FD number. This can be useful when simply closing all pipes and is also a prerequisite for a follow-up PR which adds support for custom file descriptors / pipes (#12).
