### Setting `SO_REUSEADDR`
The `SO_REUSEADDR` socket option allows a socket to forcibly bind to a
port in use by another socket. This means multiple processes could be
launched listening on the same port.

$socket->setSocketOption(SO_REUSEADDR, true);
