Underscoring the importance of underscores
Version 1.3.1 corrects a single bug where Google Public DNS queries for OPENPGPKEY records would not display any data. This has been corrected.

Draft version 8 of the security.txt specification has been released, with no breaking changes, or even any code changes at all. I changed the documentation to reflect that this is still compatible with the new release.
If you are running version 1.0.0, then you do not need to upgrade. But you can if you'd like to.
