Moving from Rapns to Rpush

Add rpush to your gemfile. Run bundle.
Run rails g rpush_migration -s - it should detect your older Rapns migrations and drop in rename_rapns_to_rpush.rb.
Run rake db:migrate
Remove rapns from your gemfile. Run bundle.
Transfer your config and reflection hooks from config/initializers/rapns.rb to config/rpush.rb
