What would you like to be added?

With the introduction of #522, we now can set the runners hostConfig in the operator's spec. I would like to be able to set a variable to a yaml file, which makes the operator read content for spec.runner.runtime.docker.hostConfig from that file.

Proposal(s):

The idea is the same as existing variable SYNAPSE_RUNTIME_DOCKER_CONTAINER.
We e.g. could have a variable SYNAPSE_RUNTIME_DOCKER_HOST_CONFIG, which would carry the path to a yaml file containing the runner's hostConfig.
