Update:

• Moved to using SparkFun Toolkit v1.0
• Segmented implementation to a platform independent layer and an Arduino layer
• Updated README.md

This release contains the following updates:

• Add version qualifier for the SparkFun_Toolkit dependency in library.properties. Now using the toolkit version < 1.0.

A move to size_t in the SparkFun Toolkit library broke builds on a few architectures. This fixes it.
