The condition logic appears to be inverted. Currently, the function returns None when disable_list_credentials_get is False (meaning the endpoint is enabled), which prevents the API from executing. For consistency with the implementation in remove_credential_api and other similar functions, this should be:
if api_implementation.disable_list_credentials_get:
return NoneThis way, the API handler returns early only when the endpoint is explicitly disabled.
