Follow-up to #14932. I had expressed concerns about the example being a bit confusing (since it involves cyclicality, which is likely a red herring in most scenarios) but I also think we can explain the rationale more clearly. 'The reactive graph could become unstable' is a bit in-the-weeds; we can express it more concretely. We can also provide an example of how to fix it by turning the assigned state into a derived.
