Add missing links to UIImage documentation in the comment blobs that cover CGImage, NSImage, etc. This got omitted during a merge from main.

Checklist:

  • Code and documentation should follow the style of the Style Guide.
  • If public symbols are renamed or modified, DocC references should be updated.
