This PR updates the documentation page How to Override Symfony's default Directory Structure, adding the options available in Upgrading Existing Applications to Symfony Flex - Customizing Flex Paths.

Options added:

  • bin-dir
  • config-dir
  • src-dir
  • public-dir (already documented)

Missing options:

  • var-dir: could not test it properly, it still requires overriding the Kernel methods for logs and cache, should be part of another PR

Oh no, it looks like you have made this PR towards a branch that is not maintained anymore. :/
Could you update the PR base branch to target one of these branches instead? 6.4, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 8.0.
