A Realtime CPU eye detector to detect if the eyes are open or closed

The Pupil Detection AI ML program is used to get the co-ordinates of eyes and detect the pupil region. It only works with human face images.

It is build upon this knowledge and develop a computer vision application that is capable of detecting blinks in video streams using facial landmarks and OpenCV.
