We support flat config as of v7 (🚀!). Following #8400 & co. we'll have a blog post announcing it too. But https://typescript-eslint.io/getting-started still only mentions the legacy config format. We should add in guidance for getting started with flag configs - especially now that v9 is coming soon.

Note that we'll still want to include docs on the legacy config format for the forseeable future. Plenty of people are & will be stuck on ESLint <9.
