This PR adds the MSW mock server to the test setup.

In relation to PR #4844 which is currently under review, this refactor addresses a potential issue where MSW might not be properly initialized due to the changes in how we import the mockServer.

This refactor follows the approach used by UnoCSS, moving the MSW setup to the global test configuration.
