2. node -v: 6.11.2
3. npm -v: 3.10.10
4. yarn --version (if you use Yarn):

Then, specify:

1. Operating system: Windows 10
2. Browser and version (if relevant): Chrome

Steps to Reproduce

npm install -g create-react-app
create-react-app my-app --scripts-version=react-scripts-ts
cd my-app/

2. look at the dir, not exist any ts config file. but why?
