Pulaar (a cikin Adlam, a cikin Ajami) yare ne na Fula wanda mutanen Fula da Toucouleur ke magana da farko a matsayin yare na farko Wanda yafi kowane yare shahara a yankin kwarin Kogin Senegal wanda aka fi sani da Futa Tooro da kuma kudu da gabas.
