Join us for the New Employee Resource Orientation (NERO), where you’ll learn about campus resources, explore Berkeley’s history, and connect with other new colleagues. Hear directly from campus presenters and get your questions answered about key resources, including health and welfare benefits, sponsored tuition benefits, and more.

Union Orientation 

Pursuant to AB-119 and the respective collective bargaining agreements (CBA), the University is required to provide the exclusive representative, or Union, with access to its new employee orientation. Thirty (30) minutes prior to each NERO session (8:30 - 9:00 a.m.), each Union will hold a Zoom session to meet with new employees. To join, please click on the Zoom link associated with the respective Union.
