Le familia de derecto commun anglosaxone (in anglese: Common law[1], pron. API: /ˌkɒmənˈlɔː/; anque vocate: derecto anglosaxone moderne, o derecto europee insular in contrapposition al derecto europee continental) es le insimul de normas que compone le systema juridic de tradition europee habente su radices in le concepto de «precedente juridic», typic del mundo anglosaxone. De facto il es le systema adoptate per le Regno Unite e alicun del ancian colonias del Imperio Britannic, como SUA, Australia e Canada, que appella le systema del familia romanogermanic: Civil law.
