Paulos dari Aegina atau Paulus Aegineta (bahasa Yunani: Παῦλος Αἰγινήτης; Aegina, ca 625–ca 690) adalah seorang dokter Yunani Bizantium abad ke-7 yang dikenal karena menulis ensiklopedia pengobatan Medical Compendium in Seven Books. Ia adalah bapak buku pengobatan awal. Selama beberapa tahun di Kekaisaran Bizantium, karyanya berisi penjelasan seluruh pengetahuan pengobatan dunia Barat dan tak tertandingi dalam hal keakuratan dan kelengkapannya
