Sungnyung

Sungnyung (숭늉) ya iku jinis ombenan tradhisional kas Koréa kang digawé saka banyu intip sega.[1][2] Ombenan iki disenengi déning rakyat Koréa.[1] Sega kang dimasak kesuwen dadi gosong ing dhasar panci diarani nurungji utawa intip sega lan yèn ditambahi banyu lan diombe diarani sungnyung.[1] Tradisi ngombé sungnyung asalé saka kegiyatan pawon wong wadon Koréa ing jaman biyèn.[1] Nalika rampung anggoné masak sega, wong-wong mau pada ngresiki dhasar panci masak (gamasot) kanthi ngesokake banyu supaya intipe sega bisa gampang diresiki.[1] Wong Koréa ngombé sungnyung minangka sajian panutup mangan lan tradisi iki bisa ngrembaka banget.[1] Sungnyung disuguhake nalika upacara penghormatan arwah leluhur kang minangka sajian panutupe.[1]
