Aurignacium[1] est aevum sive potius cultura archaeologica aevi palaeolithici. Quae cultura ab Henrico Breuil et Aemilio Cartailhac anno 1906 primum descripta est e vestigiis in spelunca Aurignac communis homonymi ab Eduardo Lartet iam anno 1860 repertis. Annis fere 38 000–29 000 a.p. floruisse censetur.
