Sicut aliae vulpes regionum desertarum, Vulpis canae aures magnae calorem dissipant. Non autem ea vulpes calces pilosos habet in pedibus, qui pedes a calore harenae calidae tegerent.

Vulpes cana habitat in regionibus semi-aridis?, tesquis montibusque Afganiae, Aegypto, Irania, Pakistania, Cisiordania et Israeli.[1] Forsitan quoque Arabiam incolit.

Nuper cinephotomachinae Vulpes canas adesse in quibusdam locis montum confirmaverunt: in Aegypto[2] et Phylarchiarum Arabicarum Confoederatione[3] et Arabia Saudiana.[4]

Haec vulpes est omnivora, et magis frugivora quam vulpes aliae.

Vulpi canae non sunt subspecies.[5]
