Available UCoMP data for 2024

NEW! UCoMP data from Nov 18 through 25, 2022 have been reprocessed and are now available.

MLSO is currently closed due to the eruption of Mauna Loa. Please check the MLSO home page for updates.

➔ NOTE: The calendar is organized by Mauna Loa observing day, nominally 17 UT to 3 UT, or later if skies permit. If you are interested in activity that occurs >00 UT and <06 UT, click on the prior date. For example: data for a June 13 02:00 UT solar event must be accessed by clicking on June 12. A right arrow (➔) next to the date indicates that at least one solar event of the chosen type (Coronal Mass Ejection) on that observing day started after 24 UT.

UCOMP FITS DATA RELEASE Version 1.0.1 of the UCoMP fits data is now complete. The processing version is stored in the FITS primary header in the ‘DPSWID’ keyword. Please be sure to look at the UCoMP Users Guide that is provided with each FITS and quicklook download file. Please report any problems or questions about the data to: mlso_data_requests@ucar.edu
