Tentera Darat Iraq adalah sebuah komponen darat bagi Angkatan Tentera Iraq, aktif dalam pelbagai bentuk sejak ditubuhkan oleh Britain semasa mandat mereka ke atas negara ini selepas Perang Dunia I.
Pada hari ini, ia ditugaskan untuk bertanggungjawab ke atas kesemua operasi ketenteraan di darat selepas serangan ke atas Iraq 2003. Organisasi tentera darat telah disusun semula dengan bantuan Tentera Darat Amerika Syarikat. Di sebabkan tentangan berterusan dari pengganas Iraq, sehingga tahun 2006, Tentera Darat Iraq dibentuk bagi menjadi pasukan melawan keganasan untuk satu tempoh sehingga tahap keganasan mampu dikawal oleh pasukan polis.[4] Selepas itu, Tentera Darat Iraq akan menjalani rancangan pemodenan yang mana termasuk membeli lebih banyak kelengkapan berat.
