Brigitte Kronauer in 2005

Brigitte Kronauer (29 December 1940 – 22 July 2019) was a German writer. She was born in Essen, Germany.[1] In 2005, she was awarded the Georg Büchner Prize[2] for her literary works.

Kronauer died on 22 July 2019 in Hamburg from a long-illness at the age of 78.[3]
