Xeon je označenie viacerých rodín procesorov Intel architektúry x86, dvojprocesorových a multiprocesorových konfugurácií na jednej základnej doske určených na iné ako domáce použitie v serveroch a pracovných staniciach, v blade servroch a vložených systémoch. Značka Xeon sa používa po niekoľko generácií x86 a x86-64 procesorov. Majú obyčajne väčšiu kapacitu vyrovnávacej pamäte ako ich desktopové verzie. Verzie architektúry IA-64 sa nazývajú Itanium.
