Acetoacetatna dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.4, acetoacetinsko kiselinska dekarboksilaza, acetoacetatna karboksi-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetoacetat karboksi-lijaza (formira aceton).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acetoacetat + H+ aceton + CO2
