- Motive for request: I want to see if there's a way that I can get some HTML5 working (either through an extension or other) for the project funded by WMF without butchering some en:WP pages. Also, I'm interested in some bot experimentation. Finally, though I realize there are three major sites indicated on this site AND I can simply install my own edition of MW, I do sort of want to see if it would be beneficial for me to have admin tools or if they're unneeded on en:WP.
- Requested rights: sysop
- Comments: Reviewer, rollbacker, EP instructor (relevant due to nature of research on aspects of editing with sysop permissions) on en:WP. Work intended to contribute to ER and en:WP:VIDTUT.
