2005 IDW continuity
Bludgeon leads a group of Decepticons to Earth to harvest Ore-13, and Soundwave, Ravage, and Laserbeak secretly tail him on Megatron's orders. Spotlight: Soundwave After making a detour to Egypt and battling the Adventure Team for control of an alien obelisk, The Secret of the Mummy's Tomb Soundwave tracks his target to Mount St. Helens, but is trapped in his tape player alternate mode and buried underneath the erupting volcano for twenty-two years. Transformers vs. The Terminator

- ↑ This figure, originating from Takara's Micro Change line just like the rest of the Mini-Cars, was sold on Cliffjumper cards. After being referred to by nicknames such as "Bumblejumper" and "Bumper" among fan circles for over a decade, Dreamwave Productions finally established him as an actual character with the official name "Bumper" in 2004.
