Akiva Goldsman
From Transformers Wiki
Akiva Goldsman (born July 7, 1962) is an American film producer and screenwriter, who bounced back from writing Batman Forever and Batman and Robin by penning the Academy Award-winning A Beautiful Mind. He served as a consulting producer, writer and director on Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman's TV series Fringe.
In 2015, Goldsman was hired by Paramount Pictures to oversee the development of spin-offs for the Transformers live-action film series. He was to write Transformers: The Last Knight itself, but instead was hired to oversee a writer's room for G.I. Joe, Micronauts, and other Hasbro franchises, instead moving to a supervisory role for the Transformers: The Last Knight script.
