The Aqua Raider Team (アクアレイダーチーム Akua Reidā Chīmu) are dirty, dirty pirates. They are minions of Unicron and join the Speed Chaser Team in hunting down "renegade" Mini-Cons.

The Aqua Raider Team is composed of:

• Freeboot the hovercraft
• Sunburn the "solar sail"

Fiction

Linkage

After a Seeker Bug detected a group of rogue Mini-Cons off the coast of Hawaii, the Aqua Raider Team were sent after them, with orders to leave at least one alive for their master's plans for the Linkage. Linkage Part 8 Finding their ship, the team attacked it, only to discover it was empty while the Mini-Cons did their work nearby. Though the Aqua Raider Team engaged them, they were no match for the enhanced power Redline and Falcia wielded, and they were captured. Linkage Part 9 While the renegade Mini-Cons dealt with the corrupted Ravenus, the Aqua Raider Team took the opportunity to use their Trans-phase mode to escape. Linkage Part 12

The Aqua Raider Team is redecoed from the Sea Mini-Con Team mold-set. The three members were sold separately, available only packaged with Legends of the Microns DVDs in Japan: Freebot came with volume 8, Bilge with volume 9, and Sunburn with volume 10.

These molds were also used to make the Littoral Reconnaissance Mini-Con Team.
