Synopsis
In the nearly two decades since humans and Transformers made contact, the course of Earth has changed as Autobots and humanity entered an alliance. Through this cooperation, the Binaltech warriors were created to fight against the Decepticons, who amass in strength over time. Leader of the Decepticons, Megatron, has launched an all-out offensive on the Decepticon-dominated Cybertron to crush any remaining Autobot resistance. While the Autobots struggle to support their forces on their homeworld, they entrust the safety of Earth, a key planet, to the Binaltech.

Notes
- This chapter of the Binaltech story was printed in the pack-in booklet included with the Binaltech toys of Bluestreak and Hound. It would be reprinted in August and November of the same year in the booklets included with both versions of Tracks.
- This is easily the least eventful of the Binaltech chapters, accomplishing absolutely nothing but to reiterate what the last chapter was in the process of establishing. References and story bytes in the bios and Tech Specs of the characters are likewise sparing, but include:
- Bluestreak was originally going to be the first Binaltech warrior, but was held back from undergoing the process for psychiatric evaluation; a reference to Hasbro's intention to make him the first toy released, only to bump him for Smokescreen.
- Hound's body was built with the aid of Hybrid Technologies, from the original The Transformers cartoon episode "The Girl Who Loved Powerglide".
