Brainstorm is an accomplished scientist and student of Vector Prime. He may or may not be a bit insane as with some 'bots sharing his name.

Vector Prime warmly recalled his students Rhinox, Perceptor, Apelinq, Proxima, and Brainstorm from his days at the Academy of Science and Technology. Brainstorm went on to accomplish some important work in a field other than multi-phase dimensional theory. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/11/03
