Moonracer had Clocker bring Windblade and Chromia to the brain of Navitas, the Titan of Velocitron. When the two Camiens were appalled by the mental state of the long-neglected Titan, Clocker sheepishly admitted that the people of Velocitron took him for granted and couldn't even remember the last time he was in sound mental health.
