After a mixture of magic and science had brought several Autobots and Decepticons to Equestria, Transformation Is Magic Doctor Hooves was part of the studio audience of the latest episode of Preppin' with Pinkie, with Gauge as the special guest. When Shockwave arrived via space bridge, the studio audience promptly fled for their lives, Hooves among them. They Eat Ponies, Don't They?

Trivia

• Originally a nameless background model in the Friendship Is Magic cartoon, fans of the show quickly latched onto this guy because he kinda-sorta looked like David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor and had an hourglass Cutie Mark, and one Doctor Who joke led to another until we wound up getting this awful pun as his official name. Nerds love their crossovers!
• In Volume 2 of My Little Pony: The Manga, Doctor Hooves mentions saving a Cybertronian version of Fluttershy from the Sharkticon pits on Quintessa Prime.
