E.I.D.O.L.O.N.
From Transformers Wiki
Never mind what E.I.D.O.L.O.N. stands for (Espionage Intelligence Directorate: Offensive Law and Order Neutralization, if you must know) or what they actually do—they're the bad guys. This top-secret organization, run by the shadowy Konrad Gotell and his army of nameless henchmen, are part of Earth's Cold War, which has brought them into conflict with the intelligence agency P.R.O.G.R.A.M.M.E..
Their main base of operations is an unusually large and impeccably designed hidden lair found in scenic downtown East Berlin. (Don't tell anyone.)

E.I.D.O.L.O.N. worked with the Decepticons Diabla, Runabout and Wildrider. Their conflict with P.R.O.G.R.A.M.M.E meant they were tracked by the agent David Reeve. However, by the time he found and infiltrated their main base, Gotell had been killed by an unknown assailant, who'd rigged his corpse with explosives, which levelled E.I.D.O.L.O.N.'s main base. Wildrider attempted to avenge his human allies, but he didn't outlive them for very long, getting killed by Agent Goldwheels for his troubles. The Man with the Golden Car
