You can call him Roy Richie if you really want to.[1]

Exo-Suit is a heroic Decepticon that works with Slicer, whether it's providing him with weaponry or being ridden around on like a little buggy. It's unclear whether he's a drone, but if he isn't, he probably wishes he was.

Shattered Glass Collection

  • Decepticon Slicer / Exo-Suit (Deluxe Class, 2022)
Released as part of the Shattered Glass Collection subline, Exo-Suit is a redeco of Generations Selects Black Roritchi, itself a retool of Earthrise Decepticon Fasttrack, packed alongside fellow Deluxe figure "Decepticon Slicer". Together, the duo is an extensive homage to the original Action Master Slicer and his own Exo-Suit.
As a Weaponizer-styled figure, Exo-Suit transforms via part-forming into a six-wheeled Cybertronian buggy-tank with twin blasters. His dagger accessory can be attached to the back of his head in vehicle mode to form a "seat" that can accommodate either a Titan Master or a Prime Master. Concealed within his chest is an A.I.R. Lock System connection point, which allows him to link up with other toys in the line to form larger fortifications. As on the original toy, his blasters can also peg onto his robot-mode shoulders.
Exo-Suit's stock images show an "official" Weaponizer configuration with Slicer, attaching his torso and leg pieces to Slicer's right shoulder and feet respectively, and using his blasters as shoulder cannons. Like the previous versions of this mold, Exo-Suit's parts can also form a large spear weapon, though this mode is pictured minus its long handle. Slicer and Exo-Suit's official reveal during a Hasbro Pulse livestream had designer Mark Maher show off a buggy mode for Slicer to ride, based on the original Slicer's 4WD Assault Vehicle. Of course, the only limit to Exo-Suit's modes is your imagination.
While primarily intended to reproduce the original Action Master accessory, Maher intimated that the figure was also designed as a sort of "best of both worlds" of the prior two attempts at Black Zarak's Tyrant Spear, reproducing Black Roritchi's spear mode in Generation 1-accurate colors.[1]
