Synopsis
Operation: Carwash has successfully discovered the mind-controlling means by which the Decepticons were able to infiltrate the Binaltech Project, but have found that the conspiracy goes beyond even what they had expected. Masterminding the conspiracy is a secret organization known as the Concurrence, made up of known terrorists and financially backed by old enemies of the Transformers like Lord Chumley and Shawn Berger, Jr. Despite their current alliance with the Decepticons, Agent Faireborn believes their ultimate goal is to eventually rid the Earth of all Transformers and turn the Solar System into a robot-free "resort". Thankfully, Faireborn's investigation has proven that the Concurrence had to use mind-control as part of their plan because they were unable to place any true members of their organization within the Binaltech Project. Faireborn broadcasts all his findings to the E.D.C., instructing them to let Ultra Magnus know at once, then ends his transmission with the ominous note that Concurrence agents are about to come smashing into the room. He signs off with one final instruction: maintain his cover by telling his family that he is spending time on the Lunar Colony...

Notes
- This chapter of the Binaltech story was printed in the pack-in booklet included with the Swindle Binaltech toy.
- Lord Chumley previously appeared in the Generation 1 cartoon episode, "Prime Target".
- Shawn Berger appeared in the two-part episode, "Megatron's Master Plan". He was not referred to as a "junior" in that story, however, so the Berger who is a member of the Concurrence is presumably a previously-unmentioned son.
- The two terrorists named as leaders of the Concurrence are Count von Rani, aka "Iron Klaw" from the 1990s series G.I. Joe series G.I. Joe Extreme, and Garrison Kreiger, aka "General Blitz" from the G.I. Joe spin-off series, Sgt. Savage and his Screaming Eagles.
- Essentially unconnected to the rest of the story, Swindle's bio and Tech Specs note that he was one of the first Decepticons placed in a Binaltech body (despite his not being injured enough to warrant it). His body was originally intended for Trailbreaker, and was appropriated from the Central City Institute of Technology. Like Shawn Berger, Central City previously appeared in "Megatron's Master Plan". The booklet also notes that the Binaltech Project cut off the Decepticons' access to the recharging facilities for the electro-cells that power their Binaltech bodies, forcing them to use Doctor Arkeville's Exponential Generators (from the Generation 1 episode "Countdown to Extinction") instead.
