This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
The Harvest Lords of Sigrath like efficiency and rules, but most of all they like things to be clean and tidy. To this end, they have sent out hundreds of harvest vessels crewed by Recyclons, with the aim of cleaning the entire galaxy of junk by converting it into energon for the Harvest Lords to use. They don't take failure well, and it's not unheard of for them to recycle the Recyclon crew who perform poorly.

The Reclamation was one of the many vessels sent by the Harvest Lords to comb the galaxy for junk. It's possible they may have noticed that it never returned. Collect and Save
