Notes
- This is "the first annual 'TCC Fiction Special'".
- The Wreckers finale is the first (and only) four pages penciled for "Wreckers #4", the canceled 3H OTFCC comic. It was specially inked, colored, and given a few script tweaks for this issue. Guido Guidi's cover art for that comic is printed as the cover for this issue.
- A movie review here seems... pointless.
- "The New World" gets plugged at the end of the profiles page. It features all of these guys!
- On the other hand... only one More than Meets the Eye profile this time.
- Characters mentioned in the Micro-Sized section include: Snarl and Swoop.
- Characters mentioned in Breakaway's profile include: Primus and the Caretaker.
