Hong Kong
From Transformers Wiki
Hong Kong (香港 Hoeng1 Gong2 / Xiānggǎng) is a large city with skyscrapers, industrial areas, and abysmally expensive housing. It has a harbor and is bordered at least partially by mountainous terrain. Street vendors seem to be common, though many of their goods will be damaged by high-performance sports cars, giant robots, and/or giant robot dinosaurs. Hong Kong residents may randomly turn out to be championship-level boxers.

Age of Extinction film
When the prototypes at Kinetic Solutions Incorporated's facility in Guangzhou fell under the control of Galvatron, Su Yueming drove Joshua Joyce, Darcy Tirrel, and the Seed to Hong Kong, as she knew a military garrison there who could help them. They were tracked there by Attinger and his Cemetery Wind forces, resulting in the trio splitting up to evade Attinger's goons. Galvatron and the other prototypes also arrived in the city, as did the Autobots on their purloined ship, only for the ship to be shot down outside the city by the KSI prototypes while attempting to pick up Joyce and the Seed. A battle ensued on the streets of Hong Kong between Hound, Bumblebee, and Galvatron's forces with the locals running for cover as best they could. With things not going well for the two Autobots and parts of Hong Kong exploding, Optimus Prime and the rest of the Autobots arrived riding Dinobots and were able to turn the tide, KSI prototypes soon being finished off. Lockdown returned in his ship, drawn there by the Seed even as the Autobots and their human friends tried to get it out of the city. Lockdown started tearing up parts of the city using the ship's magnetic tractor beam, dropping vessels plucked from the harbor onto Hong Kong's streets. Eventually Optimus and Lockdown had a climactic battle at an industrial site on the sea front, resulting in Lockdown's death and the general devastation of the immediate area. Age of Extinction
