Jinx

- Jinx is a human from the G.I. Joe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Jinx used to be just a normal girl with a knack for martial arts. Then one day, she took a vacation in Japan and suddenly learned that she was descended from a clan of ninjas. Funny how that happens.
She is now a member G.I. Joe's Ninja Force. Her secondary military skill is Finance Clerk.

Jinx and the rest of the Ninja Force infiltrated the Cobra-controlled city of Milleville to get a couple of other Joes out of there alive. Travelling the rooftops, Goin' South she and the others fought some Night Creepers before making it into the sewers just in time to save their colleagues from a batch of B.A.T.S. They fled the city following the pipelines to the woods nearby. Sucker Punch

Jinx participated in an operation to catch the Dreadnoks, who were dealing in Cybertronian technology in Boston. When two of the culprits tried to escape in a truck, she hung onto the vehicle, distracting the driver while Spirit kicked him in the face. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers II #1
Transformers vs. G.I. Joe
Jinx was part of a strike team that stormed Springfield, a Cobra base disguised as a quaint little town. There, she helped rescue Gung Ho, who had been overpowered by the twins Tomax and Xamot. On her next mission, Jinx was deployed to the planet Cybertron, its inhabitants having proved themselves to be hostile towards the human race. I Saw Three Ships
The Joes began their attack on Cybertron by sending down "green bombs" from the air. But when they targeted the mobile city of Trypticon, they found it protected by a forcefield. Their attempt to bomb it provoked a counter-attack from the Decepticons, with Devastator tearing up the portion of the Defiant housing Jinx. She parachuted out of the craft, only to be captured by the Insecticons and brought to Megatron's throne room alongside Cover Girl, Breaker, Clutch, Brawn and Perceptor. The Autobots escaped thanks to Mirage coming back for his friends, and Brawn brought the humans along with him as they made a break for the Autobot city of Metroplex. Targetmasters
Jinx and the other captive Joes were presented to King Grimlock as P.O.W.s. Though Jinx demanded the Autobots' surrender, Grimlock declared that he had no mercy for the off-worlders and promptly dropped them in a pool filled with Sharkticons! Thankfully, another Autobot, Arcee, took mercy on the Joes, and tossed them their weapons to give them a fighting chance against the ravenous monsters. Jinx and the others succeeded in fending off the Sharkticons, and emerged from the pool. Funeral for a Friend
The four Joes then accompanied Grimlock and his soldiers to Green Zone 0-8-6 aboard Metroplex. Finding Autobots and Joes readying to fight one another there, Grimlock announced a truce and both factions partied together to cement their alliance. Form Follows Function She and the rest of the Joes subsequently took lodgings within Metroplex. But Metroplex soon came under assault from the Decepticobra alliance, and Jinx scrambled towards the front lines to thwart the enemy. She crossed paths with "Wild Bill" while doing so, unaware that he was really Zartan in disguise, off to open the back door for his allies. Everybody Hates Metroplex
Jinx sparred with Billy, unawares that he was Cobra Commander's son. During their match, Billy inquired about Snake-Eyes. Jinx informed him that the ninja had defected from the Joes. FCBD Funnies Jinx participated in the final battle between the joint Joe-Autobot forces and Decepticobra, Transformers vs. G.I. Joe #12 during which she was among the Joes who battled Starscream. 2005 IDW continuity
The deceased Jinx was portrayed by an actress in the film Last Laugh: The Life and Death of Chuckles. She and her lover Chuckles got a much happier ending in the film than in real life. A Sunrise Dark
