José Luis Miranda

José Luis Miranda (b. December 8, 1954) is a Mexican actor, active in dubbing since 1999.
He dubbed Filius Flitwick in the Harry Potter saga, Sandor Clegane in Game of Thrones, Frank Lapidus in Lost, and is one of the voices of Murphy Guyer, Marc McClure, John Rothman, Jeff Fahey and Christopher Cousins.
In animation, he dubbed Reginald the Koala in American Dad, Mr. Boss in KND and provided numerous additional voices for various titles including Kim Possible, Futurama, Ben 10, Ninjago and The Simpsons.
His voice can also be heard in several commercials.
