After Joe Gladki attempted to assassinate Bumblebee in public, Nina interviewed Ben Simpson, questioning him about the possible connections Gladki might have had with the "Earth's Children" movement. She interrogated Simpson about his organization's anti-extra-terrestrial leanings, though he denied that the Earth's Children were a violent or criminal group. The Demolished Man Nina was unconvinced, and turned the subject to the content of the Earth's Children website, pointing out that people were sharing information on its message boards on how to construct dangerous weapons. Though Simpson tried to shift the conversation in order to criticize the U.S. government on its involvement with the Transformers, Nina remained on point. She brought up that, according to reports, Gladki had started hearing voices after procuring a gun via the Earth's Children website, and suggested that the weapon itself had made him unstable. Simpson insisted that the weapons were perfectly safe when handled properly. Altered Carbon

Later, when Decepticons assaulted a Skywatch base, killing and trampling several people in the process, Nina reported on these developments. Woken Furies
