Plausible.

The oil driller and transporter is the result of advanced Decepticon engineering. Specifically, it is a design originating from Megatron's genius. The oil driller and transporter is a huge aircraft, equipped with laser-borers for reaching oil reservoirs underground and a mole escape pod to flee the vessel if ever such would be necessary.

Megatron and Soundwave boarded the oil driller and transporter for a trip to Buru, where Megatron wanted to use his creation to retrieve oil from the Decepticon-controlled mines faster. The vessel was already decorated with "jungle stuff" to act as camouflage. Once in Buru, Megatron ordered Venom, the mining camp leader, aboard to discuss the oil production speed, but the arrival of Optimus Prime and Prowl made it necessary for Venom to leave prematurely and lead a counter-attack. Megatron and Soundwave observed the proceedings from the control room of the oil driller and transporter until Megatron decided that the Insecticons could handle it and that they should be concerning themselves with obtaining more oil.

In another part of the island's jungle, the oil driller and transporter was put to work collecting oil. After some time, the tanks were nearly filled and though Soundwave pointed out that the weight made it difficult for the vessel to stay airborne, Megatron demanded more oil to be collected. This was too much for the oil driller and transporter, as it lost altitude until it ended up in a mudpool. The mud clogged up the fans and caused the engines to explode. The two Decepticon occupants made their escape using the mole escape pod. Slaves of the Insecticons
