Pedro Eugênio Moraes Rocha (b. August 20, 1949) is a Brazilian voice actor who began his carrier in 1990. His most notorious dubbing works are being Eugine Lima in Barnyard, Mentle Butler in Adventure Time, Grey Mass in all the Ben 10 series, Snotrod in Cars, Bokkun in Sonic X and Billy in Billy & Mandy.
